This program is a nostalgic look back to the first ever “Buy In” to air on WGTE in 1968.

For 30 years WGTE, or Channel 30 as it was known then, annually dedicated more than a week of its schedule to fundraising with a live, televised auction. Staff members and an enthusiastic corps of volunteers planned, organized and auctioned off to the highest bidder a variety of products and services donated by local and national businesses.
