We look at the status of opioid abuse in our state, focusing on Northwest Ohio. What is the scope of the problem and what can be done about it? Two experts join us to talk about the issue. Working in the Lucas County Sheriff’s Office Drug Addiction Response Team, or DART, is Lieutenant Steve Rogers. Also joining us is Matt Bell, a former DART client who is the CEO and founder of Midwest Recovery.
