Wisconsin Farm Bureau Federation President Jim Holte discusses how trade disputes affect farmers in Wisconsin. He says he is encouraged that there is some positive movement, but with regards to the $12 billion aid package the president recently proposed says "we'd rather have trade than aid." He says the tariffs have hit dairy producers the hardest, whose product has a shorter shelf life.
